Cool Friends
When we began the Cool Friends section of tompeters.com waaaay back in 1999, the idea was to highlight some of the business thinkers who piqued Tom's curiosity, and whom he often quoted in his slide presentations.
We love the fact that the term Cool Friend means something to our audience. Why the name "Cool Friend"? They had a great idea, and to us, great ideas are cool. And as Tom has said, "if I get one idea from a book I've paid $20 for, that's quite a deal."
These days we do very few new interviews, but the wisdom to be gained in these archives is timeless and abundant. Explore and enjoy!
The team:
Interviews by Erik Hansen mostly, with a few by Julie Anixter, Stuart Crainer, Shelley Dolley, and Aaron Freeman
Produced and edited by Shelley Dolley and Cathy Mosca
Cool Friends are listed in the order of newest to oldest.
