Here’s the video of his address at Norwich University to the School of Graduate and Continuing Studies, in Northfield, VT, on June 15, as part of their Todd Lecture Series. Introductory material comprises about the first eight minutes of the video, but when Tom starts into the heart of his talk, he begins with execution, moves on to profit and service, and proceeds from there with his customary passion.
